Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and goals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Support the sales team in generating leads and qualifying prospects.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver effective sales presentations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
  • Assist in account management activities, including order processing and follow-up.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Experience

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales role.

Market & Territory

  • K-12 < 60 Miles/Minutes Cedar Rapids.
  • SMB 10 - 100 Employees < 60 Miles/Minutes Cedar Rapids.
